Right off the bat I thought I would say that I have not been paid to do this Small Business Spotlight. I love highlighting women and caregivers who are taking care of themselves and I think Melissa does an amazing job balancing it all.
I did design Melissa’s new Etsy shop cover photo and icon, so she gave me a set of free hair clips! Score!
I had the pleasure to talk with one of my favorite Etsy shop owners this week, Melissa from Mestebla Gifts, about how she got started and what she has to offer in her store. It was quite a treat to interview such a talented artist!
Holiday shopping is just around the corner and we all know shopping online is a great way to save time and get that one of a kind gift. I don’t know about you, but I can’t afford the stress of Christmas shopping last minute!
Melissa’s shop is 100% special orders so you know you are getting exactly what you want. She can easily add a monogram or change the color of the item or add any other personal details to make your loved one’s day.
Here are just a few of the fun creations in Melissa’s shop right now:
Emily was nominated to be interviewed for our new series called “An Organized Woman.” I learned so many quick tips and tricks from our conversation and hung up the phone feeling like I’d been her friend forever. I love it when that happens!
Emily sent me this little bio:
Emily Allen is a former obese girl turned Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She lost 70 pounds by cutting processed food, an experience she documented on her site, www.thatswhatieat.com
Emily now teaches families how to cut processed foods and live their healthiest lives. She teaches cooking classes, speaks about healthy living, and has appeared on local news programs featuring her recipes.
Emily believes that anyone can live a healthier life, no matter their schedule or budget. You can find her on her site www.thatswhatieat.com, on Instagram, on Pinterest, and on Facebook.
(Be sure to read through the end of the post because Emily has offered an exclusive free Clean Eating Boot Camp course to Bird With A List readers! Because she’s awesome that way.)
Welcome to a new series of interviews called An Organized Woman!
Basically, these are women who get the job done! They have solved the mystery of how to never lose another piece of paper ever again and personally, I want in on the secret.
My first interview was with Sabrina. She knows the value of celebrating who you are and not apologizing for it. She also knows how the spirit in her home is calmer and kinder when it is organized.
